Luba starts by breaking down tax preparers vs. tax planners. Preparers are reporting history. Planners are prepping for the future. Strategists or advisors are informed of the law in so much detail that they are able to look at the paperwork from tax preparers and formulate a plan.

There is actually a known phobia for those that are terrified of taxes. The American people are so scared of the IRS and making a mistake. And this fear can manifest as a phobia known as Forosophobia.
